| NAUI Leadership - FIT Program This program is the first step in earning your certification as a NAUI leader! Participants will learn about NAUI'S philosophy and approach to the business of diving and leadership. We will also conduct a review 10 core areas of theories and related topics to help each candidate assess their strengths and weaknesses. The goal of this assessment is to help our staff understand how we can best assist each student. This program also includes a review of water and diving skills with the same goal in mind, helping our students to reach their full potential as a NAUI leader! This program is required prior to beginning leadership training (DM. AI or Instructor) For more information please give us a call today!
